South Korean girl group Melody Pink is looking for a revival. After three years since their last comeback, the band is preparing for a huge comeback.
Back in May 2022, Melody Pink posted a blog post eyeing a comeback with their new album Bad Boy. According to the band’s CEO, Kyung-deok, the new project is expected to launch in September 2022.

Melody Pink To Comeback As Five-Member Group
The South Korean girl group Melody Pink have four members. The current lineup includes Jang Eunbi (장은비) as the leader, Jang Jungwon (장정원), Park Seoyoung (박서영), and Jung Mijin (정미진).
The good news is that they want to add a new member to their group. They are expected to choose the last member through auditions and revive as a five-member girl group.
For the coming years, Melody Pink have big plans ahead. The agencies are planning to finalize a seven-member group lineup in 2023.

Disband Due To Financial Difficulties
Back in 2020, when COVID-19 hit the world, there were a lot of financial difficulties. The music sector was not an exception.
The company of Melody Pink had to go through some financial hardship, and the band got disbanded on October 12, 2020. The group revealed that their company would no longer be able to support them due to COVID-19.
Fortunately, in 2022, they have revived and are scheduled for a comeback.
Who Were The Former Members?
Previously known as The Singing Girls, Melody Pink debuted on September 5, 2017, with their single I Like. Between 2017 to 2019, the band underwent a change in members.
Back in 2017, The Singing Girls had members like Kwon Aejin (권애진), Li-G (리쥐), Sanha (산하), and Seo Sarang (서사랑) as the vocalist. In 2018, Eun Bee (은비) became the leader, while Yumin (유민), Seungji (승지), Jiyeon (지연), La hHee (라히), and Sena (새나) were the vocalists.
The group re-debut under Melody Pink on September 25, 2019, with a single Hey U.

After re-debuting as a Melody Pink, Aya (아야) and Hyein (혜인) joined as the main vocalist, while Rookie (루키) and Hajin (하진) became rappers in addition to the band member Haneul (하늘).
Melody Pink Songs And Albums
The Singing Girls have released five digital singles, while under Melody Pink, they have one digital single and a collaborative single.
In 2017, The Singing Girls released two songs, I Like and Still Like You. They released three tracks in 2018 and 2019- Maybe Maybe, This Night, and Dream of Star. Under Melody Pink, the band released a single named Hey U.
They have also collaborated with South Korean singer Yuri in a collaborative single, This Night, released on January 22, 2019.
The girl-group Melody Pink is expected to release their first album Bad Boy in September 2022.
