The Celtics head coach was accused of improper relationship with a female staff member, according to Shams Charania. His action has been deemed in violation of the franchise’s code of conduct.

While his job is not believed to be in jeopardy, Udoka’s season-long suspension means that assistant coach Joe Mazzulla will now step up as Celtic’s interim head coach for the rest of the 2022/23 season.
