Code Geass’ Lelouch is the definition of an anti-hero protagonist who uses his mask Zero to express his true nature. With his power Geass bestowed by CC, he controls the people’s minds. Under his leadership on the Black Knights as a founder, he and his colleagues fought against the Holy Britannian Emire.
After his identity as Zero gets revealed to the core member of the Black Knights, he shows his cold nature declaring that all the revolutions were for his entertainment. He got ditched by the resistance group and focused on defeating the Empire. He becomes the 99th Emperor and aims to take over the world with his powers and intelligence.
He even orders the public execution of the Black Knights member but gets interrupted by Suzaku, who disguises himself as Zero. Lelouch eventually gets killed, sacrificing himself for good deeds fulfilling his sister Nunnally’s wish of world peace.

Gon is a young and energetic hunter whose aim is to find his father. He becomes the hunter and masters the Nen ability as an Enhancer in his journey. Somehow a reckless person, he shows no fear towards the strong opponents, as shown in the series.
He risks his life to become stronger and doesn’t even hesitate to sacrifice himself to beat his opponents. Thanks to his angry state and strong determination, Gon becomes one of the most powerful characters in the series.

Yuu is a Plunderer who can possess a person for five seconds. Initially, he used his ability to live an easy-going high school life. But after he got discovered by the mysterious individuals from the Hoshinoumi Academy, he was forced to join the school.
Later in the series, it is revealed that he can steal other people’s abilities. He then travels on a journey to steal the people’s skills and gain the name the One-Eyed Grim Reaper.
