The South Korean girl group Woo!ah! has released their first mini-album ‘Joy’ on June 9, 2022. The EP consists of six tracks under the record label NV Entertainment.

The physical album ‘Joy’ is available in three versions, i.e., jewel case, Injoy, and Enjoy. Kakao Entertainment is the distributor, streaming on Melon, Spotify, YouTube Music, and Apple Music.
Mini-Album Comeback Showcase
The mini-album Joy marks their comeback after May 27, 2021, when the group released their third single album, Wish.
On Twitter, the comeback showcase for their first mini-album was announced by woo!ah!.
Since debuting on May 13, 2020, with the first album Exclamation, their fans have been eyeing woo!ah! for their fantastic music.
The rookie girl group released their second single album Qurious on November 24, 2020.
Who Are Woo!ah! Members?
Initially, a six-members group, Songyee (송이), left woo!ah! after three months of the debut, citing personal reasons.
Regarding Songyee’s departure, her agency NV Entertainment released the statement on August 14, 2020, on the official fan cafe:
“Member Songhee has decided to leave Woo!ah! due to personal reasons. We want to clarify that we came to this conclusion after a lengthy discussion with the artist and with the artist’s parents, and after coming to a mutual settlement.”

As for now, Woo!ah! is continuing as the five-member girl group.
The group consists of Nana (나나), the leader, main dancer, vocalist, rapper, and visual. Wooyeon (우연) is the lead vocalist and visual, and Sora (소라) is the lead rapper and vocalist. Meanwhile, Lucy (루시) is the main rapper, lead dancer, and vocalist, and the maknae Minseo (민서) is the main vocalist and lead dancer.

For their outstanding music, Woo!ah! have been placed as the Best Rookie in 2021 in Billboard Korea. They were also nominated for the Best New Female Artist in Mnet Asian Music Awards in 2020.
