He has the restaurants like Pizzeria Bianco in Heritage Square and Pizzeria Bianco in Town & Country. Following the success of his restaurants, he opened Bar Bianco in 1997, Pan Bianco in 2005, and Tratto in 2016.

The couple has two daughters, Nina Rose Bianco and Eva Lena Bianco, and one son, Leo David Bianco. Their kids are currently attending the school where Nina is in her third grade, Leo is in his first grade, and Eva is in kindergarten.
